Eric Naiburg was graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1972, and was admitted to practice law in New York State, the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York, Federal Courts of the United States, and is a former Assistant District Attorney, Suffolk County. Mr. Naiburg has vast trial experience including numerous trials where the defendants were charged with murder, robbery, kidnapping, DWI (driving while intoxicated), drug conspiracy, and other violations of the NY State Penal Law.
